EARTH DAY
One of my favorite films this past year happens to be a documentry that takes place in the largest trash dump in the world. Artist Vik Muniz employs a group of people, who make their living sorting through trash for recycable items, to create breathtaking art out of this garbage. It is an amazingly layered story that highlights and blurs social class and celebrates human existance in the midst of the garbage we create. Check out this preview link above and see Wasteland. Since our Team subscribes to our slogan ... "Life is short. Live a little, WAG-A-LOT." We will draw attention to many of our Earth friendly products next week by offering discounts on the green products that we sell. Stay tuned for next Wednesday's WAGcast and Twitter.
